Shipment Policy

Urban Cook aims to deliver quality tea products to our customers in a timely and safe manner.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability. Estimated delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout. Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.

Urban Cook is not responsible for delays caused due to natural calamities, courier issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
