Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or proof. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Products once opened or used are not eligible for return or refund.
